PAYMENT AND COSTS
Unless differently described, the rental price includes unlimited mileage, basic insurance (for
damages to third parties or to the transported passenger for up to 6 million euro, as required
by Italian law) and 22% VAT. In some models the 3 cases are included, in some others 2, 1
or none cases are included (see specifics of each bike).
All the gear (helmet, gloves and motorcycle jacket), GPS, extra insurance (typically 20 euros per day).
To confirm the booking, you need to pay a 30% deposit. At pick-up you will be requested to
pay the balance.
You can pay by credit card (only Visa or Mastercard. Amex, Dinners or other cards are not
accepted), paypal or bank transfer.
RENTAL OF A MOTORCYCLE
To rent one of our motorcycles you’ll be requested to show a valid driving license for
motorcycles (A), at least 21 years old, a credit card (only Visa or Mastercard. Amex, Dinners
or other cards are not accepted) for the deposit.

If you decide to cancel your rental for whatever reason, not depending on us, you will have
the following penalties:
30% of the total price is withheld for cancellations received from the moment the booking is confirmed until the payment of the balance (due 30 days before the beginning of the rental)
50% of the total price is withheld for cancellations received from 30 to 15 days before the beginning of the rental
100% of the total price is withheld if cancellations are made less than 15 days before of the beginning of the rental
We highly recommend our customers to have a travel insurance that covers cancellations.

The availability shown on the website is not always updated so you need to contact us,
provide the dates of rental and preferred models so we can confirm the availability. Once the
bike availability has been confirmed, we will send you the rental form to be sent back
completely filled. The reservation will be considered as confirmed once we have received the
form.
Due to force majeure, the motorbike’s brand and model could be replaced by another of equal or
better features. We will always try to supply the reserved motorcycles, however in some cases this
may not be possible (e.g. the previous rental customer has damaged the motorcycle booked a few
days prior to the rental commencement). In these cases we will supply an alternative, possibly
equivalent motorcycle. In the event it would not be possible the landlord will provide a complete
rental fee refund. We will not be liable for money above the cost of the rental charge.
No. To make things simpler and give you total freedom, our rental prices do not have a km limit.
Our staff will do their best to get the bike going again. If the bike has an irreparable problem, we
will try to get another one as soon as possible so you can continue your trip. In case we do not
have more available bikes, you will be fully refunded. Please note that all motorcycles used are
recent bikes which are meticulously checked prior to the tour by official brand dealerships, and
have unblemished track records.
MOTORCYCLE INSURANCE
Basic insurance: for damages to third parties or to the transported passenger for up to 6
million euro, as required by Italian law.
No, we regret to inform you that extra insurance is not available at the moment but we are working towards it. Please check before departure if you can get a Full Coverage for your rented motorcycle from your Insurance company.
Yes, the security deposit on the bikes is typically from 1.500 to 2.500 euros and needs to be
guaranteed with a credit card (only Visa or Mastercard. Amex, Dinners or other cards are not
accepted), the funds are reserved on your account with a pre-authorization.
RENTAL OF GEAR (ACCESSORIES)
You can rent a helmet (5 euros per day), motorcycle jacket (10 euros per day), motorcycle
gloves (3 euros per day) and GPS (10 euros per day). If you need to rent any of these
articles, please let us know in advance and provide your size, otherwise we cannot
guarantee you’ll have the right article/size.
Absolutely yes and we recommend it as you are sure it fits you well. Please make sure you
helmet has the European safety standard (ECE 22.05 certification).
PREPARATION
We recommend bringing a credit or debit card to pay the tolls, cash and a smartphone
(make sure you download the maps of the territory you wish to explore).
Luggage capacity is limited in the motorcycle. Mainly our bikes are equipped with side cases
and top case. We recommend having soft bags that you can fit into the cases of the bike.
We highly suggest purchasing a “Travel Insurance”. It can take the worry out of the
unexpected situations that can arise in any travel plan.
Usually weather conditions are not a valid reason to cancel a rental. Only in case of
objective danger on the ride, the rental can be postponed or canceled without penalties
